We aim to process all orders within 3 working days. All UK Mainland orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery, or ParcelForce Tracked Delivery.
- Please allow 4-10 working days for delivery
- A signature will be required upon arrival of your order.
- If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a calling card so that you may rearrange delivery or collect the item(s) from your local depot

In the event of a non-arrival of an order we must allow 28 days from dispatch date before we can investigate.
INTERNATIONAL
International Charges are Calculated depending upon delivery address. If you are buying outside of the UK, please email us at info@trubeverage.co.uk with an order request and a member of our staff will contact you with a delivery quote, and purchase link.
IMPORTANT NOTE: CUSTOM CHARGES
You may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. These additional charges must be borne by you and we have no control over them. We cannot predict how much these charges will be. Since customs vary country to country please contact you local customs office for further information.
